About Me
- Name: Colleen Gleason
I'm a novelist who writes the historical vampire slayer series, The Gardella Vampire Chronicles. When I'm not working on my next book, I love to read, watch movies, and raise my three kids and husband. My Website
Coming January 2007
My novel, The Rest Falls Away, first in the Gardella Vampire Chronicles, described as "Buffy the Vampire Slayer meets Pride & Prejudice"
What others are saying...
-
"Sophisticated, sexy, surprising! With its vampire lore and Regency graces, this book grabs you and holds you tight to the very last page!"
--J. R. Ward, USA Today best-selling author of Lover Awakened
-
"The Gardella Legacy series represents stylish, sexy, romantic escapism at its best: Buffy in a bonnet takes on the forces of darkness in Regency-era London."
--Janet Mullany, award-winning author of Dedication
-
"A promising, enthusiastic beginning to a new paranormal historical seriesâ¦.Gleason quickly establishes an alluring world all her own. Her Buffyesque leadâ¦is similarly afflicted, but the change of setting makes an intriguing, witty and addictive twist."
--Publishers Weekly

And if I get any of these right blame it on too much MTV back in the days when they actually showed videos non-stop.
Wow, Michelle. All of them in one fell swoop.
Geez...you all are too good at this!
I knew 4 of them. That's fun.
The only one I know is Robert Palmer (#2). Loved him in the 70s, not so much when he went disco ;-)
Awww man, I had everyone but 6&7! Good job Michelle!
Now everyone should name a song by each- off the top of their heads huh?
I was really sad when Robert Palmer died, he was still very young and I just loved his music.
I knew 2, 4, and 7. With all the MTV I watched in my youth, I'm disappointed in myself.
Where's Motley Crue - I loved MC! :)
I forgot Robert Palmer died!
Okay, for Zeek's challenge, a song for each one:

My husband is a HUGE Led Zeppelin fan. That is my guess for #3. It's the huge, curly blond hair of Robert Plant that was my clue :p
Darn it! I was too late--I knew all of them, too.
Got to see J. Geils in a tiny Cambridge bar 'cause my dad was the arts reporter for the Boston Globe.
And I HATE Steve Perry's voice.
