Number 8 is Pass The Dutchie! I think that's the only one that stood out to me. I'm normally not good with reading lyrics, but if I heard them, I could tell you!

Okay I'm bad with band names, but I might actually know some of these:

1. Turning Japanese
2. Into the Night
3. Funkytown by Lipps Inc
4. Let's Hear it for the Boy
5. Mexican Radio
6.
7. Puttin on the Ritz
8. Pass the Dutchie
9. Keep Your Hands to Yourself Georgia Satellites
10. This one is going to drive me crazy all day

Thanks for the stroll down memory lane. :)
I'll be humming "Puttin' on the Ritz" all day, I just know it.

Jaye, you're doing well, but #4 is wrong.

Give me some band names, too! That's part of the challenge of One Hit Wonders. LOL!

Traci, I know. I had #2 going through my head all night when I was writing this.

And Zeus...I didn't know you were around in the '80s. ;-)

You'd think it was a Monday for as well as my brain is working today. Wow, this list brings back memories.

#2 I always used to think it was Journey. The man who sings it sounds so much like Steve Perry

#5 I've never heard of. Maybe I'd recognize it if I heard it?

#8 I don't think I ever heard until I watched The Wedding Singer. It's a catchy toon.

#10 Now this song brings back memories. I "fell in love" at 18 with a boy who was going in the army. Talk about timing ~ everything about our timing was off and after he left I would listen to this song over and over and over. That boy sure broke my heart ~ I often wonder what would have happened if our timing had been better.

Great quiz, Colleen! But to be honest, I don't know much about music from the 80's. The only two I could recongnize were #1 and 3.

You all did great! The only one you missed was "Into the Night" by the oh-so-famous Benny Mardones!

Stay tuned for next week's quiz.
